Ordering & Shipping

Online orders can be made by browsing the catalog and adding items to your cart. Once you are happy with your order you can proceed to checkout. Once you have provided your details and confirmed your order you will receive an order number and an email.

Once your order has been successfully placed, we will check your items for availability and determine shipping costs. This will normally be completed the next business day at which time we will update your order and send you an email advising of the total cost and the method of payment.


If you can’t find an item from our suppliers in our catalog or if we advise that an item has sold out you can place a pre-order with us by sending


We accept payment for online orders via Direct Deposit to our bank account or you can use a Credit / Debit card through PayPal (which will incur a 2.6% surcharge). We will provide you with these details on confirmation of your order.

Once payment has been received we will pack your order and organise shipping.


We ship items via Australia Post or commercial courier, depending on size and costs. We will generally have to use a courier for sticks as Australia Post have a 105cm size limit, most sticks exceed this with the blade attached.

We will provide you with an email when the items have shipped. For items shipped via courier we will also provide a tracking number you can use to check where your package is online. All couriered items are Insured for up to $1,500 in value.
